Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time
Standard delivery within the U.S. takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact support@zyfetch.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
Lost Packages
ZYFETCH is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. Please ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout.
