At ZYFETCH, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In the original packaging, with all tags and authenticity cards (if applicable)

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at support@zyfetch.com.
