Return & Exchange Policy

At ZYFETCH, we take pride in offering authentic luxury products sourced from trusted suppliers and designers. Every item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.

We understand that sometimes a purchase may not be quite right — that’s why we offer a 30-day return and exchange window for your convenience.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included

  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery

Items that show signs of wear, have been altered, or are missing packaging cannot be accepted for return.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and authenticity reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Earrings and certain jewellery pieces


How to Initiate a Return

To start your return or exchange:

  1. Email support@zyfetch.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) along with return instructions.

  3. Once approved, ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style (where available), please indicate this in your email request. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process the exchange promptly.

If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued instead.


Refund Processing

Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact support@zyfetch.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
